For the best longevity, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing with minimal detergent. Always store your kimono on a padded hanger to maintain its drape, shape, and luxurious feel.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide delivery. Orders within Europe usually arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders typically take 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Can I place a pre-order?
Yes, some items are available for pre-order. This allows you to secure a limited-edition piece before it is fully produced. Pre-orders help reduce waste and support our slow-fashion philosophy.
What materials are your pieces made from?
We use reclaimed fabrics sourced from renowned French luxury houses. This gives each piece its own unique character and texture while supporting a sustainable, low-impact approach to fashion.
Payment & delivery
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
Orders placed shortly before dispatch may require additional processing time.
Delivery to certain regions or remote locations may take longer.
Please note that delays can occur due to missed delivery attempts, severe weather, strikes, incorrect address or payment details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
When will I be charged?
When you place an order, your payment method may be pre-authorised to confirm its validity. The full amount will only be charged once your order is ready to ship. You will receive an email notification before the charge is processed.
Please make sure that sufficient funds are available and that your payment method remains valid until the order is dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so any time before it enters the shipping process.
If the payment method fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an email notification.
